Volunteers – Front of House

We are looking for volunteers to assist with Front of House – the role is primarily about looking after the audience and showing them a good time, from the very moment they arrive.
You will be expected to do at least 2 shows with lots of fun and good times to be had, and get to see Shakespeare’s most hilarious comedy for free.

Shifts are 6:30 – 9:45 pm Tuesday to Saturday. Sunday matinee shifts are 3.00 – 6:15 pm.

No shows Mondays.

All FoH staff are asked to attend a Health and Safety training, at the dress rehearsal on February 14th 6:30 pm (end time TBC).You will wear a costume piece such as a Sailor’s Cap  and will be assisting the Front of House Manager (Lisa) or the Assistant Front of House Manager (Cameron),and be part of the whole team experience.

You may be doing a mixture of jobs within the role: ushering and assisting the audience to their seats, handing out flyers to passers-by, assisting with eftpos or cash handling, selling tickets or merchandise at the door, or scanning e-tickets.
